I’m Dragoș, the filmmaker behind Filmwoo. I’m a self-taught visual artist with a long-standing interest in cinema and storytelling. I founded Filmwoo in 2017, bringing a cinematic perspective to wedding filmmaking.
Today, Filmwoo brings together two distinct ways of telling a story. I lead the filmmaking, focusing on composition, camera movement, and the choices that shape the atmosphere of each wedding. Alice adds her own creative vision as our Content Creator, capturing candid moments and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the day. Her content has a spontaneous, in-the-moment feel, giving couples a way to share parts of their wedding almost as they happen and relive them long after.
Our approach is calm, thoughtful, and discreet. We’re drawn to the interplay of light and sound, as well as the small details that give a scene its character.
